How to keep our sanity during the Stay at home order?

The whole world is in chaos due to the Covid-19 virus. All countries are closed off. Every country enforcing lockdowns, social distancing and the worst order for some people is Stay at home.

The whole world is in chaos due to the Covid-19 virus. All countries are closed off. Every country enforcing lockdowns, social distancing and the worst order for some people is Stay at home.

Some doctors are implying that there will be a spike of depression, anxiety, and other mental problems cases during these hard trying times. But how do we keep up with our mental health?

Here are some tips that can help you out.

  1. Plan your routine.

  2. Facetime your friends and family.

  3. Watch a relaxing or happy video/movie

  4. Try to pick up new hobbies arts or knitting.

  5. Play a video game or read a book.

  6. Do some exercise or yoga.

  7. Pray and meditate.

It’s okay to do little things at a time. Take this opportunity to find yourself to learn new hobbies or to re-learn old hobbies. It is also a good opportunity to reconnect with old friends and family.

Take a deep breath and keep a positive mind. We will survive this pandemic.
